2004.5-2007 Ford 6.0L High Pressure Oil Delivery System
Product description
With the HPODS for the 6.0L, modified or even stock trucks will notice a quieter engine, quicker starts, better throttle response and more power. Those with larger injectors will notice more power from their programs. You'll be able to maintain higher pressures in your hotter tunes.
We have put this system together for you with several options.
Basic Kit Includes: - High Pressure Oil Delivery System - will include a CNC machined distribution block, three CNC stainless steel adapters for engine connections, two custom precision hydraulic metering control devices, ICP extension harness, Stainless braided high pressure hoses with firesleeve protectant cover, bracket and hardware, and all fittings to complete the connections for all the high pressure lines. None of the CNC pieces, extension harness, or flow control valves we include in our system can be purchased anywhere. We had to design these for this application. The hoses we use are the best that can be made. They are factory built, stainless braided high pressure hoses made to withstand 5000psi constant working pressure, 20,000lb burst pressure, and 600 degrees. This is not your typical hydraulic hose.
Crankcase Vent Kit: When you remove the driver's side valve cover to install the passenger side unit, you are also removing the factory crankcase vent. This must now be relocated. you can do this on your own using many different methods, but we offer a simple solution that is very clean and easy to install. This kit screws into the oil fill tube and routes crankcase vapors to the inlet of your intake tube. (original termination).

FAQ
Q: Will this eliminate the factory system? I have a current leak in mine.
A: No, this is a parallel system. It feeds the heads along with your factory system.
Q: Why won't this work on the 03 models?
A. The 2003-early 2004 model year trucks were not equipped with the ports in the oil rails to make this system possible. If you are rebuilding the engine, and you upgrade your oil rails to the later models, then you can use the HPODS.
